In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13th of December on the Protection of Personal Data, Rock & Bark informs its clients and customers that all personal data provided will be included in an automated file of personal data. The responsibility of this file relays in Rock & Bark.

Legislación y jurisdicción

These general conditions shall be interpreted under the laws in force in Spain on the subject, which will apply in everything that is not provided herein. (Basically, Law 34/2002 of July 11th, of electronic commerce and information services, Data Protection Law 15/1999 of December 13th and Distance Selling Law).
For any dispute, litigation or controversy that may arise in the implementation or interpretation of this agreement, the parties submit to whatever was needed in the courts of the Spanish state under current regulations.
