IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU HAVE WITHIN 7 DAYS TO RETURN, COUNTING FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE ORDER.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN / EXCHANGE, PLEASE CHECK BEFOREHAND TAHT YOU COMPLY ALL THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELLOW:
- The return delivery charges will be paid by ROCK & BARK, once accepted the return.
- The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, suitable for resale.
- If the product is not in pristine condition because it has been used, washed or if it is returned to us with traces of dirt or pet hair, we will not accept the change or refund.
- To make a return, send us an e-mail to email@example.com indicating the reason of your devolution, your personal data, phone number
- and invoice number. Once we received the e-mail we will contact you to arrange the pick up of the item.
- ROCK & BARK will not accept returns of items in packaging closed, toys and / or items of beauty and hygiene
UPON TO RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT AND AFTER INSPECTION FOR MEETING THE ABOVE CONDITIONS, CUSTOERS CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN TWO REFOUND OPTIONS:
- Return the amount minus the initial shipment through a deposit to your credit card or original payment method
- Gift Certificate for the full amount of your refund for your next shopping at ROCK & BARK.
